The location is a big win—you're just a hop away from numerous restaurants and public transport access is a breeze. The underground parking is efficient and saves you a few credits during your stay.
Some noise issues cropped up, particularly with rooms near lifts. they weren't as peaceful as I'd hoped. The storage situation is lacking. a small hanging rail and a lone drawer meant living out of my suitcase, which is less than ideal for a multi-day stay. housekeeping leaves a bit to be desired—the cleaning routines seem to be erratic, and I'd think they'd communicate better about what to expect. If you're rolling in with a wheelchair or heavy luggage, watch out. there are steps at the entrance without a ramp in sight.

the hotel is def good value for the money. location is spot on, close to the tram station and not far from the train station. my double room was spacious and comfy with an A/C that i couldn't test since it was cold outside. the wi-fi worked great and the breakfast is good with a decent selection.
but the cleaning of the room could use more attention, and i found some fluff by the bed.

The breakfast offered plenty of options and I gotta say the staff was so friendly they even remembered my name. Made me feel like a valued guest, not just another number, you know?
